Born in Italy and raised in Ohio, Dolly moved to L.A. at 18 where she met Seth Riggs and studied his world-famous 'Vocal Technique of Legends' for five years. She was asked to teach his method and has been teaching for 16 years. In the last 6 years, she's reached the highest level of certification, Level 5, in his 'Speech Level Singing Association', an honor achieved by only 24 of 700 teachers.

Dolly's worked with phenomenal singers and songwriters in every genre of music and taught at Seth's Vocal Performance Program held yearly in Hollywood where she's worked with artists from all over the world. When she's not teaching in her Kauai and Oahu studios or on webcam, she can be heard singing with various bands and in theatrical productions on Kauai. Helping people achieve their vocal goals and performing are passions.
